Jenna Vitosh graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with undergraduate degrees in Civil Engineering and Design and a Master of Architecture Degree. She is an active alumna of UNL and a member of Nebraska Women’s Leadership Network. Jenna has also stayed connected with the Honors Program, where she met her husband, Jared. She and Jared have two sons.
Jenna is a financial advisor and Certified Financial Planner® at Edward Jones, Jenna is passionate about serving women in the community. She currently serves as President of the Girls Code Lincoln board of directors. 

In 2019, Jenna’s passion for serving women in Lincoln blossomed into a business when she opened the doors to Arrive Coworking + Community. With the transition to nonprofit status, Arrive has become so much more than a coworking space; it is a community focused on helping women and minority entrepreneurs achieve their dreams.

Jenni Tran brings a wealth of experience in property management, real estate, and marketing. With a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a minor in Spanish from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln (UNL), Jenni is passionate about fostering growth and success within the business community.

With a background that spans multiple industries, Jenni has honed expertise in real estate and property management, and holds an active real estate broker's license. This diverse experience has equipped Jenni with a comprehensive understanding of both the operational and strategic aspects of running a successful business center. In addition, Jenni's marketing knowledge helps businesses find creative and effective ways to grow and thrive.

As Executive Director, Jenni is dedicated to supporting the businesses at Arrive Business Center by fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and opportunity.

Lauren Matthies is a skilled photographer and media professional with a background in documenting diverse communities and creating impactful visual storytelling. She earned an AAS Degree in Media Arts from Central Community College in May 2024. In addition to her academic training, Lauren has worked as a school photographer for Lifetouch supporting schools in Nebraska and Iowa. Currently, she is serving as the Communication Coordinator at Arrive, a position she began in October 2024. Her photography career is deeply rooted in her commitment to amplifying the voices of the LGBTQIA+ community in Nebraska, culminating in her solo photography show, "Pride Lives Here," in February 2024.

Outside of her professional work, Lauren is passionate about supporting women entrepreneurs and volunteers her time to help small businesses with social media and marketing efforts. She is dedicated to making a positive impact in both her local and broader communities through her work, her volunteerism, and her advocacy for visibility and representation.
